I tried the compression boots and it was the best thing after a whole day sitting at the office. After using them my legs feel completely light and pain-free. They're amazing for a session at home before bed — my favourite moment to use them.

OVRA was built in Copenhagen by people who got tired of choosing between looking productive and actually recovering. We make recovery tools for people who train hard, work harder, and refuse to accept “wired but tired” as a permanent state.
Every drop is small on purpose. What you see in stock is what actually exists — no phantom inventory, no “coming soon” that never comes.

Which LUMEN panel should I get?
Most people start with CORE: a daily session on face and torso, at your desk or after training. GO is for targeted, on-the-go sessions — face, joints, travel. STUDIO and STUDIO PRO give full-body coverage; PRO adds a touchscreen.
How long is a session?
For compression, start with 20–30 minutes at a comfortable pressure and adjust from there. LUMEN GO switches off automatically after 30 minutes, and CORE and STUDIO PRO have a built-in timer.
FLOW or FLOW AIR — which one is for me?
Both cover foot to thigh with five recovery modes. FLOW is wired to one console, with six smaller chambers per leg for a deeper, more massage-like pattern (up to 260 mmHg). FLOW AIR is fully wireless — a control unit on each boot — with four chambers per leg (up to 240 mmHg). Choose FLOW for depth, FLOW AIR for freedom.
How do I choose my size?
Sizing is based on your height. FLOW: XL up to 175 cm, XXL 175–190 cm. FLOW AIR: M up to 180 cm, L 180–190 cm. Taller than 190 cm? Email us before ordering.
How much is shipping?
We ship from Copenhagen. Shipping is free to Denmark and the EU on orders over 1,200 kr, otherwise 199 kr. International shipping is 299 kr. See our shipping policy.

Every OVRA device comes with a 2-year warranty. For returns, see our refund policy or email us with your order number.
Is it safe for everyone?
OVRA products are designed for recovery and wellness. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition or an implanted device, or you're unsure, check with your doctor before use. With LUMEN, protect your eyes — use goggles or keep them closed, and don't look directly into the LEDs.
