1. Who we are

This store is operated by OVRA ApS (CVR 46490967) ("OVRA," "we," "us"), based in Denmark. You can reach us at hello@ovrahuman.com.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in DKK and include Danish VAT (MOMS) where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by one before it ships. Stock is limited by drop — placing an item in your cart does not reserve it until checkout is complete.

3. Product information

LUMEN red light panels are wellness devices intended for general recovery and wellbeing use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you're pregnant, have a photosensitivity condition, or are on medication that increases light sensitivity, consult a doctor before use.

4. Your right to cancel

5. Warranty

LUMEN panels carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects. See our Refund Policy for how to make a claim.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the OVRA name, logo, product photography, and copy — is owned by OVRA and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OVRA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or this website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Danish or EU law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be handled under Danish jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
