Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to Denmark, the rest of the EU, the UK, the US, and a number of other countries — see the full list at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days of purchase. Since each drop is limited, in-stock items ship fast — we don't hold orders waiting for restock.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Denmark and the EU, and 5–10 business days for the UK, US, and other international destinations. These are estimates from the courier, not guarantees — customs processing outside the EU can add extra days and is outside our control.

Customs & import duties (non-EU orders)

For orders shipped outside the EU, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country on arrival. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the courier or customs authority, not OVRA.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it doesn't arrive in your inbox, check spam or email hello@ovrahuman.com.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, email us your order number and we'll investigate with the courier.
