Right to cancel (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email hello@ovrahuman.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and which item(s) you're returning. You then have 14 days from that notice to send the item(s) back to us. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Exception — hygiene items

OVRA LUMEN CORE ships with reusable eye protection (goggles). For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of the goggles once opened/used, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your right to return the rest of the order.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we can't issue a refund for a return that gets lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Faulty or damaged items

All LUMEN panels carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects, in line with Danish and EU consumer protection law. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault covered by warranty, email hello@ovrahuman.com with your order number and photos or video of the issue, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
