Choose your FLOW
Wired or wireless?
Same coverage. Same five recovery modes. The difference is how you want to use them.
FLOW or FLOW AIR — which one is for me?
Both cover foot to thigh with five recovery modes. FLOW is wired to one console, with six smaller chambers per leg for a deeper, more massage-like pattern (up to 260 mmHg). FLOW AIR is fully wireless — a control unit on each boot — with four chambers per leg (up to 240 mmHg). Choose FLOW for depth, FLOW AIR for freedom.
How do I choose my size?
Sizing is based on your height. FLOW: XL up to 175 cm, XXL 175–190 cm. FLOW AIR: M up to 180 cm, L 180–190 cm. Taller than 190 cm? Email us before ordering.
How long is a session?
For compression, start with 20–30 minutes at a comfortable pressure and adjust from there. LUMEN GO switches off automatically after 30 minutes, and CORE and STUDIO PRO have a built-in timer.

Is it safe for everyone?
OVRA products are designed for recovery and wellness. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition or an implanted device, or you're unsure, check with your doctor before use. With LUMEN, protect your eyes — use goggles or keep them closed, and don't look directly into the LEDs.
